The civil engineering and demolition division of the company currently operate directly from the head office of the plant hire and haulage division of the company, which has many good points, namely the back up of our large plant and haulage division, allowing us the opportunity to move plant and change plant on sites to enable the correct machine to the correct job, not having to make do with what we have on site, also we have an excellent selection of operators all holding the relevant CITB certificate. This also has the same effect with the haulage division allowing us the flexibility of large movements of aggregates and spoil at very short notice and being able to take advantage of back loads to assist in the supply of aggregates. Our aim as a company is the belief in “people make companies” therefore we aim to employ professional people to offer a professional job, ranging from project managers, through to site agents, engineers, Groundworkers and labourers, and with the help of our safety advisors SSG training & Consultancy aim to have all our operatives covered under the various CITB schemes. We can cater for small contracts to the private sector and carry out major works on negotiated, tender, partnering and as sub contractors as well as main contractors to suit all forms of clients, contracts and authorities. We are backed and are directly under our parent company allowing a company small enough to care and large enough to manage. Our current client base includes; Bluestone Plc, Betterment Properties, Viridor Waste Management, Playline Design, Stour Contractors, Aggregate Industries, Woodsford Farms, Wessex Water, various private clients along with various service companies, we have recently won the award with Morgan Est at the Wool Sewage Treatment Works for the safest site in the country, which the site team enjoyed a week in Tenerife all paid for including spending money as their prize. We aim to provide our client with a personal approach from both site and management personnel, and provide a professional back up with the aid of continually updated I.T. and all the necessary tools, plant and equipment of which the need arises.
